Inspire: A Cocktail Series
Campo Dorado
Inspired by the cultural and spiritual impact of corn in Mexican culture, it’s an elevated take on the gold rush made with Mexican corn whiskey and miso hot-honey syrup that has a subtle hello of warmth from guajillo chili and red pepper. Finished with a tiny roasted corn, a sacred gift from the gods.

I Loved & Lost
A love letter to a young bartender. What once started as a pink vibrant drink created from a time of uncertainty in life. This is your reminder to keep going and in time you will elevate and flourish.

The Antonia
Inspired by childhood memories of sitting on the porch with my grandmother as she smoked a cigarette while taking a break during hot summer days cleaning the yard. We cooled down eating watermelon with salt sprinkled on top.

Cadencia
Music often transforms a space and makes us feel things only we know. It takes over emotion, sometimes fueling happiness or sadness. It locks in memories we relive time and time again. Let the blood orange and smokey presence of pasilla with hints of saffron move you.

Vintage '74
Salud to my brother who constantly supported me through life’s ups and downs. The flavor profile is made from a cigar my brother enjoys. A Rocky Patel vintage 1990; a blend of rye and Nicaraguan rum topped with a smokey cedar tea spritz.

Vidal's Negroni
To believe in someone is to inspire. This pays homage to Vidal Cantu, who gave me a cocktail book after his visit to NY. He was a family man and a friend to many— who also loved to create food, cocktails and enjoyed the Foo Fighters. His belief in me lifted me to find my passion in my craft again and for that there’s a special place at Bear Hug for him.
